From the Edit menu, choose Select All to select all data in the current window.

Double-click in the waveform display to select all data.

• If a file contains regions, triple-click to select all data (if the Disable triple clicking to select all sound file data check box on the Editing tab in the Preferences dialog is cleared).

• If you’re working with multichannel audio, only the channel you click is selected. Hold Ctrl while clicking additional channels to add or remove them from the selection.
